Today, Singapore celebrates its 5oth anniversary. Happy SG50! Happy Birthday, Singapore! More power to you!

I was able to go along the festivities here in Singapore because me and my family are a bit under the weather. Naj and I are down with a flu and fever.

Earlier this week when my immune system is still fighting a good fight and I was as sick I am now, I was able to attend a blogger event at Soteria Face and Nails. I got a cool gelish treatment for my toenails and had fun making candles with fellow bloggers. I made this!

Yesterday, even if I was still nursing a cold, my family and I with our housemates headed to East Coast Park for some barbecue. It was our first time there. We love it there! The place is very family-friendly. It is great place to relax, unwind, people-watch and enjoy the nature & good food. The place was packed and my husband had a hard time finding a barbecue pit for us. But we were so lucky, my husband was able to reserve a pit for us through Carousell.
