I came to face to face with the danger of social media this week. How scary it can be to be out there, vulnerable and naked. Then I realise that I have no intention of being a celebrity or famous. Blogging is just a medium of expressing myself through writing. So I realise I want to be more careful of privacy nowadays, protecting myself and my family.

This week, I am also glad I am back in my groove for healthy living. I have been in a vegetarian diet since Monday and I never felt better. I have to add I feel lighter too! I lose 2 kg already. I just have to continue in this path and incorporate exercise. I am well on way shed the post pregnancy weight I have been carrying.
