With all that is going around us, the sad news in the Philippines of corruption, war and robbery & homicide as well as what is happening around the world, the war in Syria and several massacres in highschool by young adolescent boys. It makes us think that the world is a bad bad place. What has the human race turned into? We have tainted our innate goodness with hatred, greed, selfishness, envy and anger. We are all made into the image and likeness of God, aren’t we all?
But I stumbled into these two short videos and made me breathe a relief of sigh that there is hope after all for the human race. Love, kindness and gratitude are still embedded in our bloodstreams. A simple act of random kindness can change someones’ day or it can even change someone’s life. So don’t be stingy on your smile to that old lady sitting alone in a food place (hawker center) or don’t forget to always say thank you to that doorman who open the door for you. Don’t lose that grateful heart and practice gratitude in your daily life. We are still blessed. We all still very lucky.
Enjoy the videos!
Happy Sunday peeps! Peace!
