5 THINGS YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT TRAVELOKA APP WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR HOTEL

My husband and I made this conscious decision that our yearly trip to the our hometown in Iloilo City, Philippines would be coupled with a side-trip to any new place in other parts of the Philippines. We both want it to be an adventure and learning experience for our kids and our chance to see some parts of the Philippines we never been to.

This year, in our annual trip to the Philippines, we decided to have side trip in Manila to see my sister and an overnight stay in Tagaytay taking my sister’s car to drive to Tagaytay from Manila.

I don’t like to bother on calling hotels, sending emails to hotels and having hours searching for the best & cheapest hotels in Tagaytay. I have been so dependent on apps to make my life easier. So for hotel bookings, I rely on Traveloka App.

Traveloka App is a great one-stop travel booking app for your cheap hotel need. This is basically my go-to app in my travels. I recommend it to my friends and family and they thank me for introducing the app to them.

Here are 5 reasons why you’ll love the Traveloka App when booking your hotel:

1. The Travel App for everyone

traveloka

Traveloka is the leading online company that provides flight and booking services conveniently for everyone. They are based in Jakarta, Indonesia and they also have offices in Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand. You get to choose country you are based for easy access to other hotels & flights. So with me, I often switch Philippines or Singapore when I use it. Also you get to choose your language preference in using the app. You can set the language to Malay, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, etc.

2. Various Payment Method

It has both online and offline payment method and I am loving the flexibility. I can pay through credit card, iBanking or kiosk. For the credit card payment, they accept both Visa and MasterCard credit cards. All credit card transactions via Traveloka are fully protected by Secure Socket Layer of RapidSSL (Verisign Group) authorized technology. So I dont need to worryof unreliable online transactions. I would receive an instant confirmation and e-ticket via email in max, just 60 minutes after completing payment. For iBanking, I can make secure payment via eNets if I want to  use SGD conversion. If I want to use the kiosk, I can go to any SAM kiosk. They accept  payments for Traveloka with at least 24 hours advance from the flight/hotel booking.

3. Affordable Prices and Various Promotions

I prefer to be practical in booking hotels. So I check cheap but good hotels for my family. Traveloka App has got a wonderful selection of over 100,000 hotels across the globe. I like it as well that the app notifies me when there are promos, travel deals and special promotions. I subscribed to their newsletter/sign up as a member so I can get exclusive promos. Also the good thing about Traveloka is that they dont have any hidden fees when booking hotels.

4. Easy to use
I prefer a user-friendly app and Traveloka is certainly easy to use. It is not complicated and the menus are intuitive. Anyone can easily understand how to use the app, no high-technology knowledge is needed.

5. Fast Booking Process

I like that when I chose the Tagaytay hotel, the booking process was so fast. No sweat! My hubby and I were just discussing on our choice of hotel and with just a few taps on my app, he was surprised I have booked it already. I like that it also shows what are the nearby attractions or restaurants available from the hotel.

Beside all that, there are Traveloka ratings and TripAdvisor ratings in each hotel which can help me in my choices. For Traveloka ratings, it is in a 1 to 10 range with 10 being the best. I get to see how the number of guests who rated. In TripAdvisor, it is in 1-5 star with 5 stars being the best. It is also stated how many travellers rated the hotel.

I have found several good and cheap hotels to stay in Tagaytay via Traveloka. I found the perfect one for us and my husband approves of my choice. I am so excited for our trip!

Hmmm… I can’t wait to go to Bag of Beans for coffee or chill , have lunch at Leslies, have a yummy bulalo soup at Mahogany Market that wont break our wallet.
We plan to hang out at Starbucks and new McDonald because it’s overlooking scenic Taal Volcano.

We planned to do some horseback riding, probably a trek to Taal Volcano, zipline or cable car. I believe there is a Skyranch with mini amusement park that has giant ferris wheel like The Singapore Flyer.

I am glad we have our hotel booked conveniently using the Traveloka App for a good night sleep after the whole day of activity. Find the cheapest hotels in Tagaytay via Traveloka.
