A few months ago, after my hubby and I visited the MINT Toy museum, we were craved for something sweet so we decided to try some desserts at ST. MARC CAFE at Raffles City.  It’s first branch was opened in Tokyo, Japan. They serve a good variety of freshly-baked bread, desserts and drinks. We are also happy to know that St. Marc Cafe is one of the merchants in the Entertainer App. Yippee! So it means we get a one-for-one deal, which means more savings!

We had the Mango Fantasy ($8.80). It looks like summer in an ice cream bowl! It is a bowl of many wonderful things. It has soft serve ice cream dripping with mango syrup and slices of mango with vanilla ice cream and custard gelatin on the side. It was sweet and refreshing. It takes two people to finish this one.

And we got one of the bestseller in the café, Little Fuji ($6.30). It is a crispy butter croissant with soft serve ice cream on top drizzled with generous amount of caramel syrup. The croissant was warm and is surprisingly a great combination with the ice cream.

 

It was a perfect duo of our relaxing afternoon and it cured our sweet cravings.

I couldn’t help but get a Vietnamese coffee. I been missing the Vietnamese iced coffee after trying the real thing. So far I still haven’t tasted anything near like it.

Unfortunately, this one disappointed again. Oh well. But at least, the desserts of Marc Cafe made up for it.
