NEW NATURE’S GLORY WELLNESS HAUL

October 26, 2017 by Little Miss Honey 3,405 Comments

Nature's Glory Flat Tummy

If I am in need of a hodge-podge of everything that equals to wellness, I know the only place I rely on at Nature’s Glory. Check my latest haul at Nature’s Glory that answers to some of my (and my friend’s) wellness concerns and needs.

I have a friend who has been complaining about her bloated tummy. She wanted to achieve a flat sexy tummy before her sister’s wedding on December. I got her to this Flat Tummy Powder Mix. It is a unique combination of friendly Probiotics and Prebiotics (lactose, oligosaccharides, Hatomugi Pearl Barley, plant enzymes) proven and tested by millions of users for over 28 years in Japan. The ingredients used in Flat Tummy are pure, safe and without herbal stimulants. Users often report much better bowel movement, and eased constipation, reduced belly swell, slimmer waist line, smoother and brighter skin, reduced body odour, reduced shoulder. I think that is amazing and just what my friend needs.

Nature's Glory Flat Tummy

How to take this? Dissolve 1 packet with 180ml warm water (below 40 deg C) in the morning on empty stomach. Just use 1 packet per week to maintain health and beauty. For stubborn constipation, take 1 packet every 2 days for first 2 weeks and reduce gradually to 1 per week when conditions improve.

We were told that loose stools may be experienced after 2-4 hours of consumption, but effect usually wears off and stops within 2-3 hours. Those with stubborn constipation may experience bloated-ness / belly up due to increased movement due to stripping of impacted stool on the intestinal walls. Bowel movement may not happen on the same day of consumption but will improve with regular use of Flat Tummy.

I will get back to you on my friend’s results soon.

I also been experiencing poor sleep lately. Hmmmm…. Is it probably stress? But lack of sleep left me feeling very low energy and moody the next day. I wont have it seen I need that good night sleep to function well as a full-time mom with two active toddlers. Glad I found the NEB (NANO ENERGY BOOSTERS) forsleep support to restore energy for good natural sleep pattern.

nature's glory NEB

A gifted scientist named Fritz Albert Popp, PhD discovered and found a way to measure energetic activity which occurs between each and every cell in the human body which resulted to Neb. There are Neb also for Pain Support, Cold/Flu Support and Candida(UTI) Support.

How to use it? Open your pillow case. Peel off Neb from protective backing. Attach one patch on the area where your head rests. Replace the patch every 7 days. I have to say I had the best sleep after trying this patch.

I also had some Soba and Kombu from Nature’s Glory. Soba is a Japanese thin noodles made from buckwheat flour while Kombu is a type of seaweed, that is extensively cultivated in Japan and Korea. I created a dish using two when I entertained friends in the weekend who are into healthy living. I cooked the soba like pasta and put it aside. Then I created a Cashew Butter-Cauliflower Sauce (which I got from one of my fave Vegan YouTuber, Nikki Vegan) that taste just like Carbonara Sauce then I cooked the Kombu in an another pot. Once the kombu was already cooked, I cut it into tiny pieces and tossed it together with the sauce. My guests loved it.

I also had the Organic Propolis Extract that has so much health benefits like boosting the immune system. It can also be applied to skin for cold sores, for herpes outbreak and it can so be used As a mouth rinse after mouth surgery.

nature's glory

After all the festivities, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year & add Valentines Day, I am one bloated mess. I didn’t reach my targeted weight loss after Baby #2 and Baby #2 will be turning 1 year in a few days! Ayayay! I said, enough is enough. I.Need.A.Detox!!!

I made a review on my previous good practices in my diet and lifestyle that lead to lose weight and achieve that overall light and healthy well-being. I realized it was when I was following a more plant-based diet and clean eating.

What is Clean Eating? It means taking in foods and food products that are more whole food, organic, un- or less processed and making them to as close to their natural form as possible. When I am in searched for organic and trusted products, I always go to Nature’s Glory.

Nature’s Glory products are 100% no chemical, no pesticides and no GMOs which passed the standard of auditors from NASAA, an Australian and International Organic Certifier. Their fresh produce are delivered weekly to ensure its freshness. All products are chosen carefully to provide the best for Nature’s Glory’s customers.

Here are my weapons from Natures’ Glory for my detox and jumpstart my clean eating lifestyle:

(1) Aloe Vera Concentrate

(2) Manuka Honey

(3) Chia Seeds

(4) Plum Balls

You can mix the  Aloe Vera Concentrate, Manuka Honey, Chia Seeds onto a refreshing detoxifying drink which can also give you energy and many other benefits like glowing skin, flat tummy and regular bowel movement.

Nature’s Glory Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Concentrate aids in gastrointestinal ailments and skin conditions like psoarisis, athlete’s foot, cuts and sunburn. I take 1 tablespoon 3x a day of Aloe Vera Concentrate or I mix it with my water for its miraculous benefits. I have always been impressed with Aloe Vera eversince it has healed me from my acne breakout a few years ago. My body reacted well with it.

Chia Seeds are superfoods! It is rich in omega-3, fibre, Vitamin B, C, E, calcium and protein. They are great source of antioxidants and gluten-free too. They help stabilize blood sugar levels & blood pressure  and improves digestion. I love sprinkling Nature’s Glory Chia Seeds on my rice and viands. I also make my own chia pudding by mixing it with water or coconut milk and leaving it in the freer for a while. Once the chia seeds has expanded into little jelly balls, I throw in berries on top or pumpkin seeds or almonds. It is a perfect healthy snack.

The plum is known as the ‘King of Alkaline Foods’. Natures’ Glory Plum Balls are rich with antioxidants with aids in digestion and boost immunity. It also inhibits overgrowth of bacteria in water, food and blood. It improves metabolism, removes hangovers and retard aging. For good digestion or neutralise hangover the next day if you are out drinking with friends on a Friday night/weekends, you can take 4 Plum Balls. You can also take 10-15 plum balls to swallow, chew or suck as a daily supplement. It’s easy to swallow or if you prefer to suck on it, it has a tarty, sourish taste which reminds me of a kiddy candy that I like. I am happy to know that it has been awarded as the. ‘Best Natural Pregnancy Supplement’ Award by the Parent World 2017.

CHRISTMAS GIFT IDEAS: DR. BRONNER’S NEW RANGE OF SKIN FOODS

November 22, 2016 by Little Miss Honey 10,094 Comments

Dr. Bronner's New Skinfood

Christmas is coming soon. I am preparing for my Christmas gift lists to my family and friends. I love giving products that I have tried and tested. I enjoy when my family and friends would rave on the products I give them and converted them into being fans of brands I support.

I am an avid fan of Dr. Bronner’s Organic Liquid Soaps. I was happy to know that they have a new line of skinfood products which are perfect for the yuletide gift-giving season. I like that it that they are all packaged in brilliant bright colors to make the season.

Dr. Bronner’s All-One Toothpaste ($11.90)

Dr. Bronner's New Skinfood

I believe in good oral hygiene and something that I want to pass on my kids as well as to my nieces & nephews. I tried the cinnamon flavour to match the Christmas theme as well as it comes in a shade of red. It is low-foaming formula which my toddler prefers. It is also flouride-free which means less irritating to skin. Did you know flouride from your toothpaste can be a cause of your chin acne? This toothpaste also is made of 70%  organic ingredients with no artificial flavors, colors and sweetners. It is also important in my choice of toothpaste that it has a component for whitening teeth because I am such a coffee drinker which promotes staining of teeth. This tooth paste works really well and means I don’t need to use teeth whitening products so often. This toothpaste comes in peppermint and anise flavors  too.

Dr. Bronner’s Organic Hand Sanitizer ($7.95)

Dr. Bronner's New Skinfood

I always carry along a liquid hand sanitizer in my bag and I think everyone should too. I prefer the liquid spray ones rather than the gel squeeze bottles. This contain organic ethyl alcohol, organic lavender oil and organic glycerin. It is great for spritzing my kids’ dirty hands when we are travelling and it can also be used as an air freshener or a deodorant. I love the comforting smell of the lavender.

Dr. Bronner’s Organic Pump  Soap ($29.90)

Dr. Bronner's New Skinfood

Our bathroom sink always have a pump soap. Early as now, I am teaching my toddler the 7-steps of hand hygiene to promote infection control in our home. I got the Tea Tree because I like the effects on my acne-prone skin.  I like that it is not too sticky, more liquidy and it gets rid of grims & dirt on my hands really well. I make washing of hands an enjoyable experience and it doesnt dry out my skin. It can used for hands, face, body and hair. Yes, it is that versatile. It comes in unscented baby mild, peppermint, lavender and lemongrass lime scents.

Dr. Bronner’s Organic Lotion ($17.50)

Dr. Bronner's New Skinfood

My skin has been very dry and patchy lately. I need an extra-moisturizing lotion to help me with my skin issues. I got my magic answer from Dr. Bronner’s Organic  Lotion. It contains organic jojoba oil, organic coconut, organic hemp and avocado oil. It is perfect for nourishing and hydrating my skin. It is best to be lathered after bathing to trap in moisture. I take time to cover my whole body with this rich lotion. It is a nightly regime for me. I got the Orange Lavender scent. They also have Peppermint, Lavender Coconut, and Patchouli Lime.
