Any breastfeeding moms out there? August is known to be the official breastfeeding month. How are all your breastfeeding journeys so far?

I am well-aware of the struggles of a working breastfeeding mom. Fynn is 5 months old now and I am still mix-feeding him with breastmilk and formula milk. So here are the 1st two tips in maintaining a good breastmilk supply:

• Pump frequently at least every 2 hours if you are away from your baby

•  Get a good breast pump

– drink loads of water

– Check baby’s latch or correct baby’s latch

– Check attachment of your breastpump on your breast (yes, I realized wrong attachment like nipple not being center of flanges can impede the flow of milk)

– Don’t stress

– Consult lactation specialist
