I am not the most techie person you’ll know. But I need gadgets to help me in my blogging too. So I am often in a look out for good gadgets that can help me make blogging a lot easier.
I learned of these two of Asus latest products that make a non-techie person like me salivate on these two gadgets: The Asus Transformer T100TA and the Asus Zenpad 7.
Let’s check out the Asus Transformer T100TA first.
From first chance, I am in love with its stylish elegant look. It is ultra-portable with its 1.07 kg weight. I want a sleek but light notebook that I can carry in my everyday bag when I want to type some text on my blog or add in photos in my blog draft. The best feature is that it can be converted into a tablet by easily detaching it from the keyboard. It’s awesome! So if I want it to be more light, I can just detach it and it becomes a multi-touch tablet to take anywhere.
I am impressed with how fast it works. I didn’t noticed any lagging. It is powered by Intel Atom Z3740 quad-core processor. I would charged it before leaving home. I would be out and about for more than 10 hours and battery life is still on. I am so happy! No need to bring the battery charger at all. It also has this Asus Super Hybrid Engine II which can make you have an extended standby times for almost 14 days with instant wake-up times. Another thing I discovered from this notebook is that when battery reached 5% low, it automatically backed up my files. I would hate it if my text wasn’t saved when it shut off when I been slaving for it for hours.
My husband and I tried to attached our television’s micro-HDMI cable on its port and we enjoyed watching the movie we downloaded in the laptop in our TV screen. We like that the sound is crisp and clear.
Now for the Asus Zenpad 7.
I have been searching for a good but affordable tablet and it looks like my search is over. Aesthetics is important to me so Asus Zenpad 7 won me over with its modern elegant style. It is very light and looks like thin clutch bag.
It might be tiny, only 7 inches but the screen is wide with a 72% screen-to-body ratio. I love checking out my favorite YouTube channels so I am happy to note that Asus Zenpad 7 gives a vivid colors, clear and bright visuals powered by Asus VisualMaster. It gives out a sharper picture and enhance contrast to 200% wider contrast levels.
I am loving the sound from Zenpad 7. It has 6 speakers plus 1 subwoffer. Sounds are more dramatic and clear with its 5.1 channel surround sound.
Asus Zenpad 7 is powered by Intel Atom x3 C3230 processor so I enjoyed its smooth performance. I also like the 8 megapixel PixelMaster camera. I don’t need flash to take photos in dim places and still gives out a bright photos.
These two Asus products are recommended gadgets for bloggers and non-bloggers alike.
