SAN BOOKSHOP: A BOOKWORM’S DISCOVERY

July 9, 2013 by Little Miss Honey 3 Comments

I stumbled into San Bookshop in Tampines Mall. At first, I thought it is just your usual bookshop, I realised I was wrong.

San Bookshop

This little bookshop I learned not only sells you books in a cheaper price but you can also resell it once you are done reading it n a lesser price.

So for bookworms not intending to keep the books, San Bookshop advise to examine the book before purchasing, keep the receipt (Strictly No Receipt No Return) and to re-sell the book within the specified date.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOK RESALE

1. Sell within the specified date (due date) or they may not buy back the book.

2.They reserved the right to reject the book or reduce the repurchased price due to such conditions:

a.) book turned yellow, yellow spots, pen inks, stickers or any other markings

b.) water damaged, water marks or stains

c.) loose or torn pages or damaged spines

d.) Any other improper conditions not listed above

This is where I get to indulge my Jodi Picoult current obsession and there are books of Sophie Kinsella, Nicholas Sparks, Sidney Sheldon, Dan Brown, and Paulo Coelho. Of course, it is still cheaper to borrow a book in the public library but there are other books that are not available in the library but can be found here.

This is a bookworm’s wonderful discovery…. I’m glad I stumble into this bookshop.

Wow! I wish we have something like that bookstore here in the Philippines. I’m not quite sure if we have already. All I know is the pocket books exchange stores ๐Ÿ˜€ This is perfect for bookworms ๐Ÿ™‚ I love reading books too but I prefer them now on gadgets like pdf or epub so I can read wherever I go. Thanks for sharing this pretty!
