Yes, the order is per head. It comes with a stew, either seafood stew, kimchi stew or duenjang stew. We picked the Duenjang Stew which consists of soybeans.

Before the customers do the cooking in their respective table but now, the waiters does it in the back of the resto.

|Put the pork on the lettuce and any of the accompaniments you want to mix it with|
