Despite the occasional rainy intermission, the summer is definitely heating up outside. I would like to share with you a summer drink to cool you down and quench your thirst. This is a perfect drink if you plan to entertain your friends or something you can sip on while you read a book in your patio.
I call it: LEMON SUMMER PUNCH
1. Buy a lemonade powder drink. Mix with cold water and ice.
2. Slice cucumber and water chestnuts (singkamas) into small cubes
3. Tear up or cut mint leaves into tiny pieces.
5. Mix the cucumber, water-chestnuts and mint leaves into the lemonade drink.
Ta-da! Your Lemon Summer Punch!
