Happy New Year everyone!
This week we celebrated New Year. It is my favourite holiday. Unfortunately, my immune system crashed and I was suffering from extreme fatigue, lethargy, body aches and upper respiratory tract infection. I didn’t want t start the year feeling like this (yes, I am still sick.) But nevertheless, we still manage to have a fun New Years’ Eve with my close friend Mel and her family. We had them over in our condo for swimming and barbecue. We had our little ones in their cute swimming suits.
We continued our celebration on our unit with some chicken macaroni salad, grilled pork, leche flan, lasagne, and pineapple chicken ( yes, again! hehe, we love it!). If I was just feeling better, I could have planned it better with some DIY table settings and some fun games. I was also very happy that hours after January 1, my sister and her friend arrived in Singapore to spend a few days with us.
This week made me realised how important it is to take care of our health. We may have all the designer bags in the world or have all the ‘important’ people knowing who you are but if you are sick, you can never enjoy your life, honestly.
So for this 2015 isn’t it a best start to start taking good care of bodies?
