Things that inspired Little Miss Honey

Last Sunday was quite special because we got some surprising great news which I will be sharing with you all very soon. This  week, my hubby and I started a monthly tradition. Date nights, just the two of us. I believe it is important for husbands and wives to invest in their marriage, as motivational religious speaker, Bro. Bo Sanchez said. It is important for married couples not to forget that they are lovers and friends first and parents second. In order to be good parents, we must be a … [Read more...]

White Sands Mall

This week started with a blogger event. I was happy to be invited to attend the White Sands Mall Resident Blogger Briefing. White Sands has been my go-to mall when I was still here in Singapore because of its proximity to my old place. Now I am so excited that White Sands is getting a make-over and lots of exciting new things are lined up. It was great to meet up with other bloggers. It was nice to meet Reg of Hey Rocket Girl. I am a follower of her blog even when she was still in Manila. We … [Read more...]

THINGS THAT INSPIRED ME THIS WEEK

This week was me and my husband's 2nd year anniversary. Into our 2nd year of marriage, now we have our happy adorable 10months old Naj and we could be any happier. It can be challenging at time to juggle marriage, parenthood, work and living in foreign country but we managed. On the day of our anniversary, my hubby got work so we have to move our dinner date on another. And on that day, we literally had a feast. I will be blogging about it really soon. Also this week, my friend & … [Read more...]

It's Pacman Day!!! All Filipinos are feverishly anticipating the fight of Manny Pacquiao to Floyd Mayweather. I am not a boxing fan nor I would say I am a die-hard fan of Manny. But slowly, I couldn't help but respect this man. He has an astounding determination and perseverance. He also a very humble man which is not very common to man of his stature. But what really got me is his faith. When he unbashfully proclaims his faith and his devotion to God in a boxing press conference. A man who is … [Read more...]

Happy Easter everyone! My little Easter bunny here also greets you a wonderful Easter Sunday... We are back in Singapore after a lovely but just-too-short-for-us vacation in Iloilo City. Last Sunday, we are so happy that Naj is now an officially member of the Catholic church. He got baptised in Lapaz Church, the same church my parents got married at. Brillo Family

The early start of the week, I am praying for the time to move fast to Thursday morning because my family and I are flying home to the Philippines for our yearly vacation and for Naj's baptism. Thursday early morning finally came and we are off to Iloilo City! Look at Naj's happy face... We are thankful that he slept throughout the flight and was good little boy.  One of the great things in coming back home is being with family and being able to eat all the foods we have missed and … [Read more...]
