October 3, 2017 by Little Miss Honey

Dova Iloilo

Iloilo City is my beautiful hometown in the Philippines. It is charming city located in the Visayan region. It is also known as the “City of Love” because people from Iloilo are known to be very lovable exemplified by their sweet loving tone of how we speak. A few weeks ago, my family and I had a short vacation to Iloilo and we were very impressed with the new development of our booming city. I have friends who express their intention to visit Iloilo City and would often asked me what are my … [Read more...]

October 21, 2016 by Little Miss Honey

Fynn's Baptism

Our little family went home to Iloilo for Fynn's Baptism. We prefer to have his baptism with our parents, our siblings, our relatives and our close friends back home. I have always been vocal of the importance of my faith and my religion. I am born Catholic. I was brought up by in a Catholic home and studied in Catholic schools. I pray that my sons would follow the Catholic teachings. I am happy that Fynn joined the Catholic family a few weeks ago. We had a small gathering of our family in the … [Read more...]

Things that inspired me

This week was my husband's birthday. I wanted it to be extra special day for him since it is his day. I would look across the room and see him. I realised, "Gosh, that guy is mighty fine. I am so blessed to be married to such a handsome hot fella". Happy Birthday to my husband! I hope God grant all his wishes and goals for this year. Naj and Fynn have him to look up to when they grow up. It is  good thing that it was both our off day. He had been working really hard the past few weeks with … [Read more...]

NAJ’S BAPTISM

April 15, 2015 by Little Miss Honey

My faith is an integral part of me which I hope to pass on my son. I would love him to grow up to be a God-fearing person. I am happy that last month, we went home to the Philippines for Naj's baptism. He is finally part of the Catholic community. It was a simple ceremony to welcome Naj in the growing community of the Catholic family. It was nice that he got baptized in the same church where my parents were married.    Nowadays, baptisms can turn into lavish party after their ceremony but my … [Read more...]
