I am currently trying to be mindful of what I eat. I make sure I eat more healthy foods hoping to lose the pesky remaining kilos I gained during pregnancy. I make it a point to eat breakfast to give me the boost for the day. I've given birth to a healthy 3 kg baby boy via repeat caesarean section 2 months ago. After giving birth, I have three goals: 1. Lose weight and reach my target weight of 45kg.
